Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days. To process your request for an exchange or refund, please ensure you provide the following information:

  • The products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
  • The items being returned must show no signs of use.
  • Your order number.
  • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect (only applicable if your product was delivered damaged).

If the problem is found to be valid, we will cover all costs to deliver a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always ensure your package includes a Track & Trace code. Without shipping evidence that includes a Track & Trace code, lost returns cannot be refunded. Shipping your return by mail without a Track & Trace code is done at your own risk, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


How to Return an Item

  1. Register Your Return
    To register your return, please contact our customer service at {}. Our team will ensure that you receive the necessary return instructions as quickly as possible.

  2. Prepare Your Product
    Package the product you wish to return securely and properly, preferably in its original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs.

  3. Send Us Your Package
    Contact customer service by email to request the return address and receive further instructions on how to ship your package.

  4. Refund Process
    A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received your returned item. If possible, the items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used, typically within two business days.

Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.


Hygiene Products

Certain hygiene products are non-returnable and non-refundable (this list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, wigs, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of our customers, do not accept returns of beauty and health products.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, orders enter processing, and cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service at {} immediately after placing your order.


Non-Returnable Products

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:

  • Sealed Products: If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
  • Custom-Made Products: Products manufactured according to your specifications.
  • Personal Items: Products that are clearly of a personal nature.
  • Products Unsuited for Return: Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
  • Time Limit: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Multiple Sizes/Colors

We cannot accept returns if your order includes two different sizes or colors when you intend to return only one of them. We strive to be as environmentally conscious as possible to avoid unnecessary waste. Please note that you are solely responsible if you ordered the completely wrong color (in cases where the colors are not similar), and in such instances, we cannot offer a return option.


Product Not in Stock

If a product is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you to inform you of the situation. You will then have the option to wait until the product is back in stock or receive a voucher for the purchase amount.
The voucher can be used for a future purchase with us, has no expiration date, and may be applied to any of our products.
