Ordering & Delivery

Santorina cares deeply about the environment, and we do our utmost to contribute to a cleaner, greener world. That’s why we work with bulk orders and ship only the products that are actually ordered. Our standard processing time for orders is 2–3 business days, and our standard delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days. Please note that due to the slipper going viral and the resulting high demand, delivery may take longer than usual.


Canceling Your Order Shortly After Placing It

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order shortly after it has been placed.


Defective Product

How frustrating! Occasionally, your product may get damaged during transit. For this reason, we always send a new package free of charge the first time and cannot offer a refund. However, if the product arrives defective a second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.


Lost Package / Returned to Sender

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will send a new package before proceeding with any refund or return.


Delivery When You’re Not at Home or at the Post Office

If a package is delivered to your doorstep or left at a post office, Santorina covers the delivery costs. However, if the package is not accepted or picked up, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct 15 euros from the compensation you receive.


Always Free Shipping

We cover the shipping costs for all our products worldwide. There is no minimum order value—shipping is always free.


Track Your Order

Once you have placed an order with us, you can track your order on the “Track your order” page a few days later.
